What AxerioBook is and who it is for

AxerioBook is online appointment scheduling software for service businesses that work by appointment (salons, spas, pet grooming and similar). It lets clients book online, and owners and staff run their calendar, services, staff and reports from a single panel.

By using AxerioBook you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

Accounts and security

• An account is required for the admin panel; you are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for keeping your password safe.
• Do not share access with unauthorized persons or attempt to access others' data.
• Misuse is prohibited: unauthorized access, interfering with the system, unlawful content, or use contrary to law.

Subscription and payment

• The service is billed through monthly plans according to the chosen package.
• You can cancel at any time; the service stays active until the end of the paid period.
• After termination you can export your data on request, and we then delete it within a reasonable period, except for what we must keep by law.

Availability and liability

We strive to keep the service continuously available, but planned maintenance or outages beyond our control are possible. The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profit or lost data.

The business's responsibility

The business is responsible for having a legal basis to process its clients' data, for informing them of that processing, and for using the data in accordance with personal-data-protection regulations.

Business–client relationship

AxerioBook is only a technical scheduling tool. We do not mediate the relationship between a business and its clients and are not responsible for the appointments themselves, prices, cancellations, or the quality of the service the business provides.

Changes and governing law

We may change these terms from time to time; the date of the last change is shown at the top, and continued use means you accept the new terms. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia, and the competent court in Serbia has jurisdiction over disputes.
